Madurai is the second largest city by area and third largest city by population in Tamil Nadu. The city has a number of historical monuments, with the Meenakshi Amman Temple and Tirumalai Nayak Palace being the most prominent. Ramanathaswamy Temple is also one of the twelve Jyothirlinga temples. Kanyakumari district is famous for its majestic hills, virgin beaches, pristine rivers and meandering rivulets.

Day 1 – Rameswaram – Madurai - visit Famous Meenakshi Temple – Night halt in Madurai .

Day 2-  Morning proceed to Rameswaram - Visit Rameshwaram Temple one of the 12 Jyotirlinga temple or Lords Shiva abode, visit Agnitheertaham ,Danushkodi , Five Faced Hanuman Temple, Ram Sethu Bridge, you can also visit Abdul J Kalam house ( former President of India ) – night halt in Rameswaram .

Day 3 – Morning proceed to visit Tiruchendur Sri Subramamaniya temple one of the Aru PadaiVeedu ( abode of Lord kartik – son  of Loed Shiva )  proceed to Kanyakumari – Enjoy Sunset  in the evening – Night halt in Kanyakumari

Day 4 – Visit Swami Vivekananda Memorial  , Visit Kanya devi or Bhagavathy temple one of the Shaktipeeth temple – Night halt in Kanyakumari

Day 5 -  Return  to Madurai or take a train  back from Kanyakumari / Trivandrum  to take a flight
